Heat treatment of electrical sheet metal in a controlled atmosphere (vacuum)
Peculiar production phases require processing in a controlled pressure environment different from the atmospheric one.
This type of furnace is able to reach very high temperatures, to create vacuum and to replace the original atmosphere with pure nitrogen in the gaseous phase.
The most critical aspect to be addressed is thermal insulation, as the temperature developed inside the furnace is particularly high.
In order to do that, both ceramic materials (primarily for heating elements housing) and a refractory brick lining (for the inside of the furnace and the lid) were used.
The configuration is completed by a jib crane for opening and closing the furnace. Given the “custom” nature of the product, we are happy to understand your specific needs and provide you with a personalized proposal.
